Inspiration

These are a few magazine covers around the class room which iv looked at and have gave me some ideas on how to do mine. A lot of them use black on white background which is one of the most used techniques used in media like posters, magazines and newspapers this inspires me on my type of cover im wanting to do.

The ones that stand out to me are the simple ones with white backgrounds and black text and a big picture of the celebrity they use as they not trying to be fancy and trying to hard to impress, they go for the readers that enjoy the magazine for the name not the cover. The ones with bright colours and lots of information every where on the page looks messy and does not inspirer me because it does'nt fit in with the style im going for, for my magazine cover.

This is one of the designs i don't really like as it isn't very interesting and it's shown to be quite plain and boring, which doesn't catch the eye of the reader. Its simple and uses dule colours which are part of my design but it does'nt stand out. It reminds me of space and isnt what this cover is trying to get at, so tells you a whole other story.
